Hot Water Extraction

1. Thorough hoovering
2. Pre spray to loosen the dirt
3. Agitation where a machine with counter rotating brushes is used to lift up embedded dirt and stains
4. Hot water extraction (CRB machine) is used to clean the carpet
5. The carpet is then brushed to push up the piles in the correct direction
6. Air moving machines are used to dry the carpet

Dry Carpet Cleaning

1. Thorough hoovering
2. Pre spray to loosen the dirt
3. A dry compound is put on the carpet that absorbs the dirt and bacteria.
4. A dry carpet cleaning machine is used to lift up the dry compound and clean the carpet
5. The carpet is then brushed to pull up the piles in the correct direction.

Hot water uses water to wash and clean the carpets, whereas dry carpet cleaning offers a very low moisture solution using compounds to break down dirt prior to cleaning.

The dry carpet cleaning solution is best for delicate rugs and carpets and for those areas where you want to use immediately so want to have a solution where carpets are not damp post cleaning. Hot water extraction is used for most areas as the air moving machines assist with the drying process after cleaning.

For optimal maintenance, we recommend professional cleaning at least once a
year. High-traffic areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
